      Automatic Electrophoresis Coating Line with Pretreatment 

E-coating line is for applying materials to any electrically conductive surface, especially for complex 
fabricated objects. It has been widely used to coat automobile parts, tractors and heavy equipment, 
electrical switch gear, appliances, metal furniture,  automobile parts and other industrial products.


Processing Flow:
Pretreatment→ Loading→ Degreasing →Water washing→ Derusting→ Water Washing→ Neutralizing→ Water Washing→ Phosphating→ Water Washing→ Passivating→Electrophoresis Painting→ Cleaning up the tank→ Ultra-filtration cleaning→ Drying→ Unloading


In the production of new energy electric vehicles, due to the large output and high quality requirements, automatic production lines are mainly used. Electrophoretic painting of electric vehicles is carried out in a modern painting workshop.

The coating process design is based on the prerequisites such as the production program, the surface condition of the workpiece, the quality requirements of the workpiece coating, the status of the plant, and the power supply.

Electrophoresis coating equipment composition:
The electrophoretic coating production line is mainly composed of water washing equipment, electrophoresis and post-processing equipment, electrophoretic paint drying equipment, conveying equipment, control system, etc.

Cathodic electrophoresis equipment composition
Cathodic electrophoresis equipment is mainly composed of chamber body (closed room), electrophoresis tank, paint circulation system, filtration device, diaphragm electrode and anolyte circulation system, temperature adjustment system, ultrafiltration system, ventilation device, lighting device, transfer tank, paint supply system, DC power supply, washing system after electrophoresis and other parts.
