Angular contact ball bearings are named because the contact surface between the ball and the inner and outer rings of an angular contact ball bearing is in the form of an included angle.The lock of this kind of bearing is on the outer ring, and generally the inner and outer rings cannot be separated.

Four point contact ball bearing is a single-row angular contact ball bearing, its raceway can bear bidirectional axial load, can limit the axial displacement in two directions, and requires less axial space than double-row angular contact bearings.


Four point contact ball bearing is separable, that is, the inner ring which can be divided into two halves rings and the outer ring with the ball and cage assembly can be installed separately, and a single bearing can replace the angular contact ball bearing combined with the front or the back.The contact angle of the four-point contact ball bearing is 35°, which is suitable for bearing pure axial load or combined axial and radial load mainly based on axial load, and should not bear the load mainly based on radial force. In addition, the inner ring can be divided into two halves rings, which can hold a large number of steel balls, so it has a large load capacity.
