Cylindrical roller bearing rolling elements are cylindrical rollers.This type of bearing is divided into different structural types such as single-row, double-row and four-row cylindrical roller bearings according to the number of rows of rollers installed. The internal structure of the bearing adopts parallel arrangement of rollers, and spacer cages or spacer blocks are installed between the rollers, which can prevent the rollers from tilting or friction between the rollers, and effectively prevent the increase of rotational torque.

Cylindrical roller bearings can be divided into NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF type single-row cylindrical roller bearings and NNU, NN type double-row cylindrical roller bearings according to whether the rings have ribs or not.

 

Cylindrical rollers and raceways are line contact bearings, with strong bearing capacity, mainly bearing radial loads, and small friction between rolling elements and ring ribs, suitable for high-speed rotation, and high requirements for coaxiality in use. Compared with angular contact ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings have higher load carrying capacity and stiffness, but lower limit speed.
