1. Fully equipped and reliable
The whole vehicle consists of tank body, high-power special sprinkler pump, power take off, ball valve, filter screen, water pipe, sprayer, and sprinkling device. The water pump, power take-off device, ball valve and filter screen are all national famous brand products which have excellent performance, reliable operation, high efficiency, larger flow rate, and convenient maintenance.
2. Safe intelligent and shape beautiful
The tank body is processed by automatic assembly line, including material cutting, automatic welding of plate, end head rotary pressing, and one-time rolling forming of the tank body, which shape can be elliptical or square-round. The overall design is innovative and nice looking.
3. Functional and practical
There is a pressure gauge on the pipeline for easy monitoring of the pump's operation. The rear of the tank is equipped with a water level gauge, which allows for checking the water volume at any time. The rear of the tank also has an operating platform with protective barriers and ladders, ensuring the safety of operators while observing the inside of the tank. Advanced equipment such as water trays, pumps, high-pressure spraying devices, non-vehicle power pumps, multi-directional water inlets and outlets, pneumatic valves, and warning lights can be installed to meet different needs.
4. Rich functions and easy to operate
Our anti-dust truck is also equipped with a sprinkler pump that can work for greening spray and low-pressure firefighting spray in emergency situations. Additionally, the sprayer can be used as a pesticide spraying device to achieve multiple functions on one vehicle. The sprayer truck is equipped with a high-performance long-range sprayer that has far range coverage area and high dust removal efficiency. All watering system valves can be fitted with pneumatic controls integrated into the driver's cab for operation convenience. It reduces labor intensity for operators.
